It's unfortunate some reviewers have been unhappy. If you compare this restaurant to Birdtown cafe it is hands over fists better. The waitstaff is more attentive and understands the menu. The wait time for food is acceptable and you don't have to spent the afternoon waiting for a sandwich. We ordered side salads that were simple and very pleasing. The pizza was incredibly flavor strong with reasonable prices. They have beers on tap and wine. The chef was looking and very responsive to feedback. Thank you for bringing a solid restaurant to Robbinsdale!!

At Chestnut Cafe we have had wonderful meals and service over multiple visits. The menu offers everything from tacos and burgers to a steak or salmon dinner. The service is always personal and friendly and their breakfasts are terrific. Chestnut Cafe has become our new favorite dining tradition!
